Look forward to a new creative fine dining menu on which, among other things, the Tyrolean alpine shrimp has found its way. 574 meters above sea level - in Hall in Tirol - is the place where the alpine shrimp grow in unmistakable quality. The unique and sustainable rearing of alpine prawns promises a delicate experience in preparation and makes the joy of enjoyment beat faster.
