We guarantee that you always get the lowest price when you reserve a room with us at the official Schlosspark Mauerbach website or by email or phone at the hotel. If you actually find a lower price for the same room type, we will adjust this price when you book directly with us.

Thats how it works:

  1. Make a reservation through one of the following official Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channels. Schlosspark Mauerbach Homepage or reservation request directly to the hotel by email or phone.
  2. If you find a qualified lower price within 24 hours of making your reservation and we accept your claim, we will adjust the lower price immediately.

Our direct booking channels

The confirmed reservation is made via one of the following Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channels:

  • Schlosspark Mauerbach homepage
  • Reservation by phone directly at the hotel
  • Reservation by email directly at the hotel

Low Price qualification

A qualified low price is a cheaper price that you can find on a third-party booking portal either before the reservation or within 24 hours after the booking. As a prerequisite, the booked rate or package must be booked through an official Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channel under the same conditions as through third parties and must be visible and bookable for everyone before booking.

The best price guarantee is no longer valid if you are entitled to a different room type, different inclusive services, a different booking period or length of stay, a different number of people booked or other restrictions, rules or conditions for the reservation.

The following rates are excluded from the best price guarantee:

  • Negotiated contract and company prices, as well as group prices
  • Prices that are offered via non-transparent booking channels (such as: booking portals where the name of the accommodation is only announced after the booking.)
  • Prices via auctions or similar processes (eBay, vouchers, etc.)
  • Conference and seminar prices
  • Specific promotional offers that grant an additional discount after the booking has been made, such as: Promotional codes that will be delivered in a newsletter after registration.
  • Coupons or other promotions
  • Guess which partners and employees are granted
  • Promotions from tourist partners or supermarket chains like Hofer Reisen or Tchibo, as well as non-public rates for a special promotion.
  • Prices with errors, mistakes or technical difficulties on the website during the reservation process.
  • Fees in other exchange rates than in EURO

Submit an application

Please send us an email within 24 hours of your confirmed reservation. The sender name must match the name on the confirmed reservation for each room. Only one request can be submitted for each confirmed reservation.

Your application is accepted or rejected within 1-2 days of receipt, but only if the booking is made more than 7 days before arrival and the price difference is at least 5 euros.

For validation, the same offer must be available for the booking made at a qualified lower price in the local currency of the hotel. The price comparison takes place after deduction of taxes, service fees, tips or other fees and excludes changes in exchange rates.

Verified requests will be offset against the lower eligible price.

When we send the new confirmation, the change in room price takes effect.

Applications can be rejected by our reservation department if the difference between the price booked for a Schlosspark Mauerbach booking channel and the qualified lower price is less than 5 euros. An application can become invalid if you make changes to the reservation after the application has been submitted and approved.
